Hope Creations can create custom jewelry, crafted just for you, or fix broken jewelry pieces. For a repair or custom estimate, please come into the store.

LABOR CHARGES FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY & REPAIRS:

u Stringing: $0.80 per inch

u Pearl Knotting: $1.50 per inch

u Wire Work & Stitched Beads: Estimates Given

u Dangle Earrings: $2.00 Each

u Chandelier Earrings: $4.00 Each

 

OUR POLICY FOR JEWELRY PURCHASED

If your jewelry breaks (for ANY reason) within 90 days, then you will receive a free repair (meaning there will be no charge for any labor used to fix your jewelry). You must bring in or send your receipt with the jewelry that needs repair & all beads and jewelry components. If you are missing any materials, beads, gemstones, clasps, sterling ear hooks, gold-filled ear hooks or 14K gold ear hooks, then you must pay for these items to be replaced. Most of Hope Creations customers do not experience problems with their jewelry; however, if you do experience problems after 90 days, then it can be repaired for a small fee (as seen above). Customers unable to bring jewelry in to the store are responsible for shipping costs.  We appreciate your  business!
